Tube heat exchangers

Model C6000DS

Hot water unit with thermostatic temperature regulation. This model is made for the market in Netherlands, and is equipped with double security tube to avoid blending drinking water and district heating water in case of a leak. This model is not for sale any more.

F6000 E

Traditional flat tube heatexchanger for Germany, without doublewall security.

Hot water unit Denmark.

37 kW Drinking water unit for the Danish market made with PM regulator from Honeywell, and a bypass valve which ensures high comfort.

Unit Netherlands

Hot water unit with heating control and mixing circle. This model is equipped with a controller from ED Heating, the controller open and close the thermo valve from a signal of the three measurepoints. ( indoor temperature, max. inlet temperature, and return temperature )

The controller also have a function to start and stop the pump when needed.

Modules

Module 3 for the German market, 150 kW. (typical 6-9 appartments hotwater )

Availability 3 to 10 modules.

Substations

500 kW substation for the Netherlands.

This substation is build with a standard controller from Siemens, and a difference pressure controller from Danfoss. The Alfa Laval plateheatexchanger is delivered from our sales partner in NL.

The choice of equipments are made in co-orperation with the client.

The design, construction and the workmanship is made by ED Heating.

Choice of equipments are optional.
